At CR Systems every project, no matter the size, goes through the same process for us:
- A scope of work is made and approved of by the owner
- At our facility, we have a full metal shop that has the capabilities and the certification to fabricate ES-1 certified edge metal.
- A safety plan is developed for that project
- Materials and manufacturers are chosen for that project
- The job foreman is chosen for that project based on the best experience that person has
- A project manager assigns job numbers and prepares warranty documents prior to the job start
- Daily pictures are sent of the job progress
- Spot inspections by quality control, the manufacturer, and our safety director during the progress
- Final inspections are made and warranties are sent out
