We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Coordinator to help keep our team running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying on top of details, following up on tasks, and supporting a busy sales and office team.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and follow up on tasks, emails, and internal requests to ensure completion
• Support the sales team with forms, communication, and administrative needs
• Manage and maintain accurate records in our CRM (JobNimbus)
• Organize office communications, calendars, and voicemail checks
• Assist with showroom organization, inventory, and product samples
• Help maintain and update SOPs and internal office systems
• Contribute ideas for marketing opportunities and trends



What We’re Looking For

• Highly organized with strong time-management skills
• Clear and professional communication (email and phone)
• Comfortable learning and working in CRM systems like JobNimbus
• Detail-oriented and proactive with follow-ups
• Team player who enjoys supporting others
