TERMS & CONDITIONS

By participating in the Aggieland Roofing Referral Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Referral Reward

• Earn a $250 referral reward for each qualified referral that results in a completed residential full roof replacement with Aggieland Roofing.

2. Qualified Referral

• The referral must result in a signed contract for a full residential roof replacement performed by Aggieland Roofing.
• The referred customer must identify you as the referrer before or during the initial sales consultation. Referrals submitted after a contract has been signed are not eligible.

3. Payment Requirements

• Referral rewards are issued only after the roofing project has been completed, all work has been accepted by the customer, and Aggieland Roofing has received payment in full.

4. Verification

• Aggieland Roofing reserves the right to verify the identity of both the referrer and the referred customer before issuing any reward.
• Aggieland Roofing will contact the referrer to confirm mailing information, payment details, or charitable donation instructions.

5. Reward Options

• Referral rewards may be issued by check, electronic payment, gift card, or charitable donation, at Aggieland Roofing's discretion.
• If a charitable donation is selected, payment will be made directly to the designated church, school, or qualified nonprofit organization.

6. Eligibility

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to receive payments under applicable law.
• Employees of Aggieland Roofing, immediate family members of employees, and individuals prohibited by company policy are not eligible unless expressly authorized.

7. Duplicate Referrals

• If multiple individuals refer the same customer, the referral reward will be awarded only to the first referrer identified by the customer and recorded by Aggieland Roofing.

8. Self-Referrals

• Customers referring themselves or referring properties in which they have an ownership interest are not eligible unless approved in writing by Aggieland Roofing.

9. Taxes

• Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes resulting from referral rewards. Aggieland Roofing may issue any tax forms required by law.

10. Fraud or Abuse

• Aggieland Roofing reserves the right to deny or cancel referral rewards involving fraudulent activity, false information, abuse of the program, or any conduct deemed inconsistent with the intent of the program.

11. Program Changes

• Aggieland Roofing reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect referral rewards that have already been earned under the terms in effect at the time the qualifying referral was made.

12. Final Determination

• All decisions regarding eligibility, qualification of referrals, and issuance of rewards are made by Aggieland Roofing in its sole discretion and are final.
